What to look out for when advertising on the WWW

1. Make your product unique. People and advertisers the world over want things that reduce effort or solves problems, and if you can do that in a cost-effective way, then you're onto a good thing. But you must ensure it's unique!

2. Use Client Testimonials. Testimonials are detailed accounts or 'recommendations' of your service - so use them to impress potential clients. Place them either on the homepage or create a seperate page with clear links for fast access to them, as you want to steer visitors to them. People DO read them and take notice of them, so ensure they are genuine and never, never fake them for they can be checked easily,

and people do check them just as they check advertisers to see if they re-advertise or renew adverts in publications.

3. Check Adverts to see if they Work. - Many advertisers don't check or test their adverts and many only have a rough idea of how these are performing - this is crazy and will cost you dearly if you have underperforming ads still running.

Test each advert and pull any that aren't delivering.
